Children not only need the chance to be in a fun environment but a well educated coach is essential for the child's success and to them ultimately having a good time. Being a coach myself I found this website Sportzu.tv that is great for new coaches and even veteran coaches. It has tips and drills to run with your team. One of the parts that I enjoy the most is their is a section for parents. Under it, it has nutrition information, recipes, and even tips of how to communicate with you kids.
